HEFANG jewelry comes with a complimentary 24-month warranty, starting from the date of shipment. Accessories such as jewelry pouches, mirrors, and scarves are not covered by this warranty.

Repair time typically takes 15-20 business days (excluding shipping time). For severe damage or special designs, the actual time required may vary.

If your item qualifies, we’re happy to offer a complimentary repair or replacement. Please note:

• Customers are responsible for shipping fees and any applicable taxes or customs duties related to warranty claims.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
