Keep your jewelry out of direct contact with chemicals (such as perfume, cosmetics, cream, bleaching water and brine); don’t wash hair accessories with water; avoid scratching and please don’t wear jewelry while swimming or bathing and be sure to take off jewelry before physical exercise for avoidance of damages.

Return will be refused in following circumstances:

Return packaging standard: Put each product into a transparent bag. Do not put two products into a single transparent bag (for example, a pair of earrings should be packed into two individual transparent bags separately). Then pack all the products in bag with bubble paper and put them into a cardboard box. If there is space in the cardboard box, fill in the gaps with bubble paper to avoid shaking and friction of products. Pay attention to anti extrusion and waterproof. If the goods returned are damaged or the packaging box becomes unusable due to long journey, the customer should bear corresponding expenses.

Purchase money will be returned by the way it came within 7 working days after returned items are inspected and warehoused.

Electronic invoice: After the order is placed and the payment is made, contact our customer service and provide the receiver’s title and email address. The electronic invoice can be issued within 10 days after the transaction is completed.
