Return or replacement without cause within 7 days: you are entitled to return or replacement of goods without cause within 7 days of the date of signoff due to personal reasons or reasons other than quality issues, at your cost.

Return policy for goods with quality defects: all goods have been strictly inspected before shipment. In an unlikely case of quality defects in the goods you received, contact our customer service for exchange within 24 hours upon receipt, the freight of which will be borne by HEFANG Jewelry.

Please return your HEFANG Jewelry products as the same as they were delivered (including packaging boxes, tags, delivery notes, brochures, gifts, etc.), so that they can be used for secondary sales, otherwise your return may be refused. .

Return will be refused in following circumstances:

 -Any goods not sold via HEFANG’s official website

 -Any used goods

 -Packaging cases, tags, warranty cards, delivery notes, brochures or premiums are missing or adversely affect sales.

 -Any goods that becomes defective due to improper use, storage or servicing

 -Any goods for which an invoice has been issued but has not been returned to us

 -Any customized goods without quality defects that are returned based on personal preferences

Return packaging standard: Put each product into a transparent bag. Do not put two products into a single transparent bag (for example, a pair of earrings should be packed into two individual transparent bags separately). Then pack all the products in bag with bubble paper and put them into a cardboard box. If there is space in the cardboard box, fill in the gaps with bubble paper to avoid shaking and friction of products. Pay attention to anti extrusion and waterproof. If the goods returned are damaged or the packaging box becomes unusable due to long journey, the customer should bear corresponding expenses.

We only accept SF Express for return and replacement of goods.

Purchase money will be returned by the way it came within 7 working days after returned items are inspected and warehoused.
